Applying to renew accreditation
Accredited certifiers (individual and, from 3 November 2008, corporate bodies) must apply to the Board each year to have their accreditation renewed. Individual accredited certifiers Individual certifiers have some options when seeking renewal of their accreditation: Standard renewal A standard renewal of an accreditation means that the certifier seeks to renew the category(s) of accreditation they already have. That is, that the applicant does not seek to change the terms / conditions of their accreditation and does not seek to be assessed against the core performance criteria requirements of the accreditation scheme or all the criteria of the accreditation scheme.* To obtain a standard renewal of their accreditation, certifiers need to provide the following: - an application in the form approved by the Board,

- the applicable renewal of accreditation fee.
