Disciplinary decisions

The Board has determined to publicise disciplinary actions it has taken against accredited certifiers by displaying the written statements of decisions on its website.

The Board has also determined to display disciplinary orders made by the NSW Administrative Decisions Tribunal against accredited certifiers with respect to complaints referred to it for determination by the Board.

Details of disciplinary action taken against accredited certifiers in relation to the following matters are available to view on this website:

• decisions of the Building Professionals Board since 1 March 2007
• orders of the NSW Administrative Decisions Tribunal since 1 March 2007

The Board also keeps a register of disciplinary action taken against accredited certifiers.

The written statements of decision are provided in alphabetical order by surname of the accredited certifier.
