Feedback received

Raw data

Attendees to the Board's consultation sessions were asked to list their top three issues under generic headings on post-it notes. These generic headings changed slightly as the consultation progressed - this helped us to align feedback with the context of discussions that preceded the post-it notes exercise.

Attendees stuck their post-it notes of issues under central headings for all other attendees to see. The issues below with a number next to them represent issues that other attendees ticked to indicate they also agreed with the issue.

The information below is the raw data from each session and represents the major issues identifies by attendees to morning consultation sessions. We are continuing to analyse this data and will report back on our analysis soon. Some of the issues are either worded similarly or have a similar meaning or rationale - these similarities are being taken into consideration during our analysis.

Further feedback from breakout sessions

Attendees to the Board's recent consultation sessions undertook group discussions to look at various issues relating to the NSW building certification system. A summary of the items discussed is below (similarly worded items have not been removed).

We have collated and are continuing to analyse comments made by participants from each session and will report back on our analysis soon.

Raters sheets

Our consultation sessions included a number of activities to discuss important issues and elicit feedback from attendees.

At the end of each session, we provided attendees with `raters sheets' that measured the importance they placed on several issues. These same issues were also made available for comment and rating online for those who were unable to attend the sessions in person.

A summary of the raters sheets is below, as is a link to all the issues as they were included in the raters sheets (we have reduced the length of the written issues for reporting purposes).
