The Board's website has been completely redesigned and rewritten to make it much quicker and easier to find information.
The website is just one of several big changes for the Board during 2014, to improve all aspects of customer service. Another improvement that will greatly benefit certifiers will be the introduction of online accreditation and renewals later this year.
